The programme was highly practical and connected theory with real organisational challenges. The combination of short videos, readings, assignments, discussions, and hands-on exercises made the learning easy to follow and apply. I particularly appreciated how the business activities and try-it exercises were linked to my own organisation, making the concepts practical, relevant, and clear. The frameworks, case studies, and real-world examples—from strategy and innovation to AI, analytics, finance, sustainability, and digital transformation—helped simplify complex ideas and made them easier to remember. The modules were well structured, the pacing was balanced, and the timely feedback reinforced the learning. Overall, the programme provided practical knowledge, transferable skills, and frameworks that I could apply directly to real business decisions....
    Arman Jussupov
    Learner
The programme provided great ideas that I could incorporate into the business. The AI module was particularly timely for me as I was implementing AI within my organisation. It helped me move from simply understanding where AI could fit to identifying and prioritising AI use cases in a more structured way through practical frameworks such as heatmapping. I began evaluating routine processes, data-heavy workflows, and recurring decision points where AI could improve quality, reduce risk, and increase speed, while also recognising where human interaction and decision-making remained essential. Most importantly, the module encouraged me to evaluate AI through the lens of client pain points rather than technology itself. That shift reframed AI as a strategic enabler and provided a practical way to strengthen our business and AI strategy....
    Mae Whiteside Williams, PE, MBA
Chief Executive Officer, CKL ENGINEERS, LLC
What motivated me to join this programme was that I was looking for a Master of Business Administration, and I felt this programme was a combination of everything—a consolidated programme similar to an MBA that I could complete within a shorter period of time. I really liked that the programme allowed me to connect with students from overseas and from different parts of the world, even though we could only meet virtually. Another benefit was that it enhanced my business acumen and financial literacy. I also appreciated how the programme was structured, as it allowed me to balance my work and studies during my leisure hours without affecting the precious time I spent with my kids....
    Catherine Yong
    Legal Counsel, Schaeffler
Earlier in my career, I thought it was always about having the right answers. Today, I realise it’s about asking the right questions. The programme gave me a fresh perspective through interactions with colleagues from different parts of the world who shared many of the same challenges. Three key principles stood out for me: thinking beyond day-to-day operations and planning for the future, using data and AI to make better decisions and create better customer experiences, and most importantly, investing in the right people and building the right culture to bring strategy to life....

    Executive director, Sumathi Universal.
