-The programme highlights presented above are approximate, and subject to change depending on the availability and expertise of the teaching faculty, as well as the programme's desired outcomes.
-The programme is designed to be delivered approximately over 9 to 10 months in a calendar year, including some occasional breaks that may be provided. This is only indicative. The actual calendar time may be more or less by a few weeks depending on the number of topics covered and other variables like breaks provided/not provided."
-Assignments are reviewed either by success coach who is available to support participants in their learning journey and/or by the Emeritus grading team. The final number of quizzes, assignments and discussions will be confirmed closer to the programme start.
-*This is a majorly self-paced online programme with some live sessions with programme faculty. Post- session video recordings will be available for up to 12 months after programme completion. We have a curated panel of industry practitioners who will be conducting the weekly live doubt-clearing sessions.
-**For the on-campus networking session participants will be responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Participants can choose any 2 out of 5 electives offered. These electives will involve discussions of real-world case studies and applications of concepts learnt in the core courses to your organisational need.

    An elective will only run in case we have at least 15 participants for an elective. They will be informed before the end of core modules.

  • Participants will be invited to attend a 2-day graduation ceremony at the end of the 9 to 10 months journey at SMU campus. During this event, participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow global leaders and interact with programme faculty/director.

Participant Pathway

Throughout 9 to 10 months, the CEO programme will inform you through a combination of in-depth core modules and relevant topical electives — to gain knowledge and applications specific to your career and organisational goals.

The core modules will focus on key areas such as Strategic Thinking, Innovation Management, Data-Driven Approaches, and Executive/ Leadership Presence.

After completing the core modules, you will select two online electives. During the elective period, you will dive deeper into how leaders can use knowledge and skills in business transformation and implementation to address the organisational challenges of tomorrow.

Practitioner Stream

Participants will be invited to engage with executive-level practitioners, who will share their personal and professional stories as they journeyed to the top. Our speakers will provide you with various perspectives and insights, based on their own experiences, as to how they had navigated personal and business challenges.

Project Stream

Project Stream

The success coach will drive programme engagement and clarity for the participants throughout the programme, addressing participant questions or concerns for assignments during the core programme, and coaching participants to apply the ideas to their own experience.

Community Stream

Community Stream

A series of engagement sessions for participants to set them up for personal and professional success. Opportunities within the session to learn, interact and collaborate with programme peers from various industries and regions.
